The MHA Tenant Issue, Idea or Complaint Form

The McAlester Housing Authority (MHA) is trying to make it easier for tenants to reach out to the MHA about issues, complaints or to make suggestions about improvements that MHA could make to our houses, common areas or development in general.  The MHA maintains a 5 year improvement plan and those suggestions will be used to develop that plan.  The suggestions will not have immediate results but will help with future decisions. 

You as a tenant may see the need for improvements that the MHA may not realize. 

This is not for maintenance calls, if you have maintenance calls, continue to call those into the office.
